A Taliban governor in northern Afghanistan has been killed by an explosion in his workplace, police officers have advised CNN.
Mohammad Dawood Muzammil, the governor of Balkh province, died together with two others within the blast on Thursday, mentioned the provincial police power’s spokesman Asif Waziri.
