A prepare reportedly carrying hazardous supplies has derailed in Mohave County, Arizona, close to the state’s border with California, a sheriff’s workplace spokesperson confirmed Wednesday night time.
No spills have been reported right now, although there are washes working by way of the world from current storms, based on Anita Mortensen, a spokesperson for the Mojave County Sheriff’s Workplace.
The derailment occurred close to milepost 9 of Interstate 40, she stated, which is a rural, non-residential space, The freeway exit is residence to a handful of truck stops and is about 20 miles north of Lake Havasu Metropolis.
It’s unclear what number of prepare vehicles left the tracks, Mortensen stated.
